Operational Risk Management and Reporting

AzmiAssociates can assist with a review of an organisation’s operational risk management process. This would involve the review and identification of the risks relating to an organisation’s people, processes and systems, external events, reputation and finance, outsourcing and insurance. AzmiAssociates would conduct a review of the organisation structure, risk definition and overall policy and would then move to a phase of risk identification, assessment, monitoring and control. Key Risk Indicators would be reviewed and improved, as would the adequacy of the record keeping and loss event database. All of the above would be integrated into the Basel II compliance process.
